After sleeping…wake up … get ready to enjoy a delicious gourmet breakfast of homemade and regional products as you sit in front of the quiet Fueva Valley. Homemade cake, a piece of local cheese, homemade jams, and sliced bread from our local artisan bakery …bite by bite you became strong and curious to discover the territory.



When you return feeling tired, yet full of knowledge, you can take a shower and relax while Ferran prepares dinner for you. Over dinner, you can share your experiences and anecdotes of the day with the owners and hosts as you enjoy a glass of Somontano wine, a dish of vegetables from our organic garden, lamb with mint and honey and a piece of our chocolate ice cream with blackberry sauce. After all the adventures and new sensations, the end of the day comes like a sweet dream.

You should know that we can accommodate dietary needs including allergies, vegetarian and lactose and gluten intolerance.
